The Organizational Development department supports the various organizational measures and is the central point of contact within and outside the Bonn City Administration. Its tasks therefore include the creation of organizational plans and decrees.
Furthermore, Organizational Development supports all processes associated with the modernization of the administration, which are implemented in conjunction with the specialist departments. The main objectives here are to improve service orientation and citizen service as well as to increase efficiency. In addition, decisions are made on basic working time regulations and the establishment of teleworking stations, and basic service instructions are drawn up. The internal suggestion scheme is also managed here.
