In addition to the open digital consultation hours "Ask the Mayor", Mayor Katja Dörner also offers individual consultation hours that are held in person. This will be clarified individually when making an appointment.
Reservations for the next consultation hours can be made by calling the Citizens' Office on 0228 772021 or sending an e-mail to buergerbuerobonnde.
Notes
The Mayor of Bonn endeavors to resolve citizens' concerns promptly, even if no appointment can be made at short notice. Sometimes a solution can be found without a personal meeting. Possible solutions can also be examined in advance of the consultation hours or the specific issue can often be clarified.
