(1) For the use of the transitional homes, the persons accommodated there are charged usage fees in accordance with the usage areas shown in the allocation notice. In the case of incomplete months, 1/30 of the monthly fee shall be charged for each day of use or part thereof.

(2) The user fees amount to EUR 4.86 per square meter of living space.

Charges for consumption and ancillary costs (electricity, gas, oil, water, sewage, property tax, insurance, waste disposal, street cleaning, chimney sweeping, garden maintenance and use of washing machines) are levied on the persons accommodated in temporary accommodation. The costs are calculated on the basis of the previous year's accounts and are reassessed in each case. For incomplete months, 1/30 of the fee is charged for each commenced day of use.

In the case of temporary accommodation in gymnasiums or similar emergency solutions for the persons named in § 1 Para. 2 of the Statutes on the Maintenance of Temporary Accommodation, fees are only charged in accordance with § 2.

(1) The fees are determined by individual notification and are to be paid monthly in advance by the 3rd of the month at the latest to the Bonn City Treasury or to the person authorized to collect them.

(2) Overdue user fees are subject to collection in administrative enforcement proceedings.

This schedule of fees shall enter into force on the day following its public announcement.

The above schedule of fees is hereby made public.
