Sewer sections in Seehausstraße as well as manholes and gullies will first be replaced using the open trench method. The sewer will then be renovated using a trenchless method by inserting a pipe liner into the existing sewer. The construction project is expected to be completed by the end of July 2025; depending on the weather, the work may take longer. It will cost around 650,000 euros.

Due to the construction work, there will be disruptions to road traffic. In the area of the open sewer construction, the roads will be fully closed at times and local detour will be set up. Access for the fire department, emergency services and refuse collection services as well as for residents will be ensured throughout the construction period.
