How to make an appointment

For visits to the service centre of the city of Bonn you need an online appointment. However, this is only available in German language, we ask for your understanding.

The Bonn city administration offers new software for booking your appointments. You now have a better online overview of available appointments in the service center in the Stadthaus and the branch offices in the district town halls at Bad Godesberg, Hardtberg and Beuel.

Choose your request and the available appointments at the various offices will be displayed.

After selecting an appointment and entering your personal data including your e-mail address, the appointment will be reserved. Confirm your appointment within two hours by using the activation link that you will receive via e-mail. You will then receive another e-mail with all the necessary details, such as your appointment number.

When you arrive at the service center for your appointment, you can conveniently check in at the terminals at the entrance by using the QR code or your appointment number.

After checking in, the staff will promptly deal with your concerns.

If you have to delete an appointment

If you would like to delete an agreed appointment, you can do so using the cancellation link in the confirmation e-mail which you received immediately after booking the appointment.

If you no longer have this appointment confirmation, please inform buergeramtbonnde of your name, the date and time of your appointment and your waiting number so that a cancellation can be made.
