Administration services

Due to the exceptional situation caused by the increasing number of coronavirus infections, most official buildings of the Bonn City Administration are only partially open. Citizens are obliged to wear medical masks in the service buildings of the city administration and have to present a negative rapid test.

For reasons of health protection, a visit to the administration is therefore only possible by prior appointment. Access controls are carried out at the entrances to the buildings. The aim is to reduce and avoid personal contacts as far as possible and to clarify concerns by telephone or e-mail if possible. You find an overview of the central telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of the various specialist services  here (opens in a new tab)

Negative test result for appointments with city administration

The general order also stipulates that visitors to municipal service buildings must show a negative test result when attending their appointment from April 21. The city of Bonn had already announced on Friday that, as of Monday, stores will also have to revert to "Click & Collect". Food stores, drugstores, pharmacies and all stores that could also be entered without a negative test result so far remain exempt.

Foreigners' Department: Access only with appointment

Thus, access is also restricted in the Foreigners' Department.
