On behalf of the EU Commission and the responsible ministry ‘JUGEND für Europa’ implements in a decentralised way the EU action programme and promotes inter-national extra-curriculum activities of young people between 15 and 25 years of age, as well as initiatives of young people developed and implemented by themselves in an autonomous way.
