ISC3 - the International Sustainable Chemistry Collaborative Centre - promotes and develops Sustainable Chemistry solutions worldwide. Sustainable Chemistry will be crucial to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the UN Assembly in September 2015. ISC3 provides a platform where all players from policy, civil society, industry and academia come together to exchange and develop new innovative solutions for the most pressing problems of our time. The centre acts as a global think tank that initiates research and innovations and disseminates results as a global knowledge broker.
The ISC3 was founded in Mai 2017 by the German Ministry for the Environment with the mission to support the international chemicals agenda and the implementation of the SDGs.
