Giorgi Gigashvili is a fascinating border crosser: between the nightclubs in Tbilisi and the international concert stages, he is searching for his musical path. To kick off his fellowship concerts at the Beethovenfest, he will be exploring his love of the Georgian musical tradition. Folkloristic piano works from the 20th century meet his own folk-pop songs in a duo with band colleague Nini Nutsubidze.
