The IT consulting firm CONET has been successfully offering solutions for SAP, Infrastructure, Communications, Software and Consulting in the focus areas of Cyber Security, Cloud, Mobility and Data Intelligence since 1987. Starting in the fall of 2022, the IT consulting firm CONET will relocate its headquarters from Hennef to the new city district "Neuer Kanzlerplatz" in the Federal Quarter. Around 700 employees of the IT company will move here from various locations. CONET is thus increasing customer proximity to its numerous public-sector clients in the federal city, improving collaboration among its own teams of experts at a central location, and at the same time taking advantage of the opportunity to offer employees modern working environments.

Deutsche Post DHL Group is the world's leading logistics provider. At the Bonn site, too, the necessary work processes with regard to sorting, picking and delivery of letter mail and parcel shipments are constantly being optimized. The conversion of a former printing plant on Justus-von-Liebig-Strasse into a modern preparation center will further improve the quality of service for Deutsche Post DHL Group customers.

At H&G, around 200 dedicated people make IT a success factor for companies and public-sector clients. The family-run training company was founded in 1985 as one of the first IT system houses in Germany. Since February 2014, H&G has been a member of the network of family-conscious companies. H&G operates nationwide and, in addition to its headquarters in Bonn, has locations in Berlin, Oldenburg, Düsseldorf, Mannheim, Heilbronn and Nuremberg.

The Haus der Springmaus was founded in 1985 as a non-profit association. At the beginning it had its place of work with 150 places in the Oxfordstraße and moved to Endenich in 1993. There it now has 280 places. It sees itself as a springboard for young artists and has its own theater ensembles. A small team of 8 employees organizes the theater operations, which are complemented by 15 part-time employees at the entrance and ticket store. 

DeepUp GmbH was founded in 2019 with the vision of precisely digitally mapping the entire underground network infrastructure as a 3D basis for smart city applications. For this purpose, a 3D hand-held scanner was developed, which, thanks to artificial intelligence, makes it possible for the first time that the measurement of new infrastructure functions with high precision without any expert knowledge. Since its founding, the company has grown to over 60 employees and has been able to win numerous well-known customers. Among them are well-known corporations and SMEs from the network community, which already rely on DeepUp's revolutionary technology throughout Germany. With the support of the Economic Development Agency of the City of Bonn, DeepUp GmbH once started its work in premises of the BonnProfits Innovation and Start-up Center and has recently moved into larger office space in the Bonner Bogen.

The German-Ethiopian research project ClimEtSan was carried out in the field of ecological sanitation, composting and biochar technology from 2017 to 2021. Based on the findings, ClimEtSan-OnTheGround GmbH was founded. The company's goal is to use proven processes and measures to sustainably reduce CO2 emissions in developing countries such as Ethiopia and to ensure sustainable growth in these countries. In addition, CO2 certificates are traded in Germany, the origin of which lies in climate-friendly forestry and agriculture in the Global South. Dr. Katharina Prost, company co-founder and CEO of ClimEtSan-OnTheGround GmbH has made use of the start-up service of the Bonn Business Development Agency.
